How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 working days (mon-fri are considered 5 working days) to receive your order. Please ensure you have provided me with 5 working days notice to receive your order (UK only) Europe; 10 working days and all other desitinations 15 working days. If a purchase has been made at short notice and I feel unable to proceed I reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the purchase in full and contact you to confirm the order has been cancelled.

When you place your order and payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email of you order.  You will then receive a dispatch notification email on the day your order is posted. If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after you have paid please contact me urgently.

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage starts at only 70p for stickers and sweet bag kits, never more than £5.95.

All orders are posted via 1st class standard service or royal airmail standard. If an order is of a particular high value I will send via a signed for service at my own descretion and cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept paypal and card payments through the Create payments using the Worldpay Gateway. The Favour Factory does not have any access to your payment/card information, please do not provide me with your payment details via email.

My order is wrong, what do I do?

If I have made an error with your order please contact me as soon as possible so I can rectify and re-post immediately.  Simply email me directly  helen@thefavourfactory.co.uk  - please ensure your email TITLE reads: URGENT - ORDER ERROR.... with your order number within your email and I will resolve the issue.  If however you have made an error, please re-order or contact me so I can help you with re-ordering correctly. I do receive a lot of spam due to my contact form so please do make sure the title does read this.

I have not received my order?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard therefore no tracking is available through this service, however proof of postage is obtained with every order through the post office.  Please double check at your local sorting office.  Please also check the delivery address you have provided is correct.  If you have not received your order within 10-14 working days and the issue lies with Royal Mail I will re-post and contact Royal Mail.

Do you accept custom orders/business logo orders?

I am not accepting any custom made orders at this time, only designs shown on my website.

Returns

I do not accept returns under the distance selling regulations due to my products being custom made and personalised for you individually. Returns are accepted if the item has been damaged upon arrival for which proof is required for claiming back this loss from Royal Mail.

Copyright Information

All my exclusive designs, website content including photos and pictures are copywrited by The Favour Factory.  Commercially purchased graphics remain the property of the original artist. The content of my website is for personal viewing only, no duplicating of images is allowed, this includes saving any of my images to your computer or sharing pictures without consent from The Favour Factory.

Stickers are not suitable for children under 3 unless supervised by an adult whilst using them. The Favour Factory cannot be held responsible for any incidents occuring from misuse of the stickers.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the stickers are used in the way they are intended for.
